Perciò oggi ho preparato questa leggera e sana zuppa ideale per purificare l'organismo dopo tutte le leccornie che abbiamo mangiato in questi giorni!
Ingredienti per 2:
- 50 g grano saraceno in chicchi (che naturalmente è senza glutine)
- 30 g lenticchie
- 100 g broccoli
- 1 patata piccola
- 1 pezzetto cipolla
- sale, olio q.b.
Procedimento:
- Mettere in una pentola il grano saraceno con l'olio e farlo rosolare per qualche minuto
- Aggiungere lenticchie, broccoli tagliati, patata e cipolla tagliate a cubetti piccoli, sale, coprire con abbondante acqua calda e cuocere per 20-25 minuti (se necessario aggiungere altra acqua)

BUCKWHEAT, LENTILS AND BROCCOLI SOUP
Excuse me if I'm away for
a while, but I didn’t have time to write a post before. So I have to wish you Merry
Christmas late. How did you spend your holidays? I hope well. I spend it
divinely in family, and like most of you, between lunches and dinners, I ate
really a lot in these days! But this should be during Christmas holidays! I
enjoyed helping my mom in the preparation of dishes like the inevitable
lasagna, roast pork, side dishes and last but not least the Apulia sweets like sasanelli or cartellate...a real pleasure!
So today I made this light
and healthy soup ideal to purify the body after all the goodies that we ate during
last days!
Ingredients
for 2:
- 50 g buckwheat grains (which are naturally gluten-free)
- 30 g lentils
- 100 g broccoli
- 1 small potato
- 1 piece onion
- salt, oil just enough
Procedure:
- Place in a pot buckwheat with oil and brown for a few minutes
- Add broccoli, potato and onion cut into small cubes, lentils, salt and then cover with hot water and cook for 20-25 minutes (add more water if necessary)
